We are delighted to announce the 2nd Cochlear Celebrations event is coming!

 

Welcome to Cochlear Celebration 2009, a day of fun, laughter and education. More than 600 of you decided to join us in 2007 to celebrate 25 years of Nucleus cochlear implants and 30 years of Baha hearing implants. Our Celebrations day is a great opportunity for all Cochlear Nucleus and Baha, Healthcare professionals, implant recipients and their families to get together for a fun packed and informative day.

 

We look forward to catching up with friends and welcoming more families to this very special event.

The Event

Set in 160 acres of stunning Warwickshire countryside and parkland, the Heart of England Centre is the perfect venue for a memorable day for all involved.

 

We are still building our agenda but please use this opportunity to secure your place early.. An exciting day awaits for the whole family with a variety of activities including assault courses, climbing walls, abseiling, face painting, archery and quad bikes to name a few!

 

Work Shops: Informative workshops will also take place to offer healthcare professionals, recipients and families up-to-date information. Product experts and charity representatives will be available to answer any questions you may have.

 

We also have some exciting news for both Cochlear CI and Baha users!

 

Special Guests: We have a real treat planned for you this year…..keep watching this website for updates!

Directions

Directions to Heart of England Conference Centre - Fillongley, Coventry

 

From the M6 & Southbound M42:

Leave the M6 motorway at junction 4 in order to join the southbound M42 at junction 7. Leave the M42 at junction 6 and join the A45 towards Coventry. Turn left, after approximately two miles, off the A45 onto Shepherds Lane, then turn right at the T Junction and pass over the A45. Turn left at the next two roundabouts to join the B4102 and follow signs towards Fillongley. We are located on the right-hand side upon entering Chapel Green.

 

From the M1:

Leave the M1 at junction 17, to join the M45 towards Coventry. Continue onto the A45 and remain on this road around the southern perimeter of Coventry. Turn left off the A45 onto the B4104, then turn right onto the B4102 and follow signs towards Fillongley. We are located on the right hand side upon entering Chapel Green.

 

By Train:

Birmingham International and Coventry are the closest mainline stations. Taxis are available from outside both stations. For train times and fares, please telephone the National Rail Enquiry Line on 08457 48 49 50.
